The Nikon D7500 has been awarded this years best ‘Prosumer’ EISA award.
I am not a great fan of some awards, as you can be as sure as anything that the same companies will win something big every year.
However, I did feel from its announcement that the D7500 would be an excellent D SLR, so merited I think.
Taking away the marketing speak this is a camera for the enthusiast and carries on the impressive D7xxx line.
Pretty much everyone I meet with one of them is a happy with their choice.
Good feature/size/cost balance in this family of products.
Here we go with the official announcement from Nikon:

The D7500 is an advanced D-SLR camera that packs much of the innovation of the acclaimed D500 into a lightweight, robust and more affordable body.
